General Conference is the overall legislative and policy making body of the United Methodist Church. It convenes every four years, or each quadrennium, for two weeks.

Evangelism - Outreach Meeting
The Evangelism-Outreach Committee will be meeting at 7pm on Tuesday, April 29 at the church. Anyone with interest in future outreach ministries is encouraged to attend.
Miles for Meals
The Miles for Meals Walk is Saturday, May 3rd. This fundraising walk will benefit the Meals on Wheels program for Henry County and the funds raised by MBUMC will be dedicated in memory of Frances Wilkerson, a long time member of MBUMC and supporter of Meals on Wheels. The walk begins at 10am at Heritage Park Events Center in McDonough and a "sag wagon" will be provided for those who are unable to walk.
